Ecocity is located in one of the most stunningly beautiful areas of Brazil and indeed, the world.
The founders of Ecocity foresaw a place that balances nature and humanity, where both can live together in harmony. The idea is to create a resort where residents can enjoy quality of life while consuming minimal natural resources.
Approximately 60% of Ecocity Brasil is environmentally protected and consists of gentle sand dunes, natural freshwater lagoons, and meandering rivers where the shores are dotted with red mangrove trees that shelter exotic water creatures and birds. Ecocity also includes approximately 10km of coastline and is also within the Delta do Parnaiba which has around 700 navigable channels.
