Luiz Roberto dal Poggetto
 
Luiz Graduated in Physical Oceanography from the State University of Rio de Janeiro. He also has qualifications in Underwater Archaeology from the Museum of Archaeology and Ethnicity and Business Administration from the University of Sao Paulo.

He has served as an environmental consultant for the last 23 years and during that time has developed numerous research projects related to the rehabilitation of degraded areas in addition to actively participating in the licensing of major structural works, such as ports, marinas and urban regeneration in the coastal environment of the states of Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Mato Grosso, Ceara, Rio Grande do Norte and Maranhão.
