The vision of the design of the Park is to create a global public space that combines a mix of different uses.

This mixed use space blends nature and humanity in a coexistent environment. There will be numerous day time activities for families and night life activities for adults.

Public spaces in large Brazilian cities are invariably adopted by the city's residents as pedestrian and social areas. Anhembi Park is envisioned as a centre for leisure time and socializing.

The main features of the design are planned to include both historic and urban conservation.
